Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior Middle Office Specialist in Warsaw. The successful candidate will provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash, and derivatives transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, preparing reports, and performing trade monitoring. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, a strong knowledge of market operations, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions.
• Monitor trades, perform market matching, and support transaction settlement processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Cooperate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform control activities such as daily trade monitoring and reconciliations.
• Respond to complex client queries and analyze discrepancies.
• Support junior team members.
• Assist the Team Manager with operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain operational risk awareness.
• Propose and implement new controls to mitigate risks.
• Participate in the implementation of new products.
• Lead projects and changes at the team level.

Skills

Professional working proficiency in English

2–3 years of experience in the financial sector

Good understanding of securities, cash and derivatives transactions

Good working knowledge of MS Office

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong communication skills

Education

University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field
