Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Transaction Control Analyst to support Capital Markets operations in Warsaw. You will process and validate a broad range of transactions, and perform controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

The role involves collaboration with brokers, custodian banks, and transfer agents across global markets, with a focus on developing expertise in Securities Services and financial instruments.

Qualifications

• Good command of English.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
• Interest in Capital Markets and willingness to develop within the financial sector.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate Capital Markets transactions.
• Perform technical and market-related controls to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Work with a wide range of financial instruments, including Equities, Bonds, FX, Money Market products, Derivatives and Collective Investments.
• Cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents across global markets.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and support resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in line with internal procedures.
• Develop knowledge of Securities Services, Capital Markets and financial instruments.
