Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards for the EMEA/APAC regions. You will lead strategy, governance, and execution of compensation and benefits programs, partnering with HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver market-competitive solutions.

You will translate global Total Rewards philosophy into regional programs, balance local regulatory requirements with enterprise standards, and drive scalable, compliant initiatives that attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience within a large global organization.
Experience leading compensation and benefits across multiple countries within EMEA and/or APAC.
Proven ability translating global strategies into effective regional execution.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Total Rewards strategy across EMEA/APAC that supports Newell's business strategy, talent objectives, and Employee Value Proposition.
Design, implement, and govern regional compensation and benefits programs including base pay, salary structures, incentive programs, and retirement plans.
Partner with global Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide compensation and benefits initiatives.
Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements, Proactively updating Total Rewards programs for pay equity and governance.
Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
