Job summary

You will partner with regional leaders to tailor enterprise frameworks to local markets and regulatory needs.

You will report to the VP, Total Rewards and HR Systems, and serve as a trusted advisor on Total Rewards matters, driving governance, due diligence,

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of Total Rewards leadership experience in multinational or regional settings.
• Deep expertise in pension governance, regulatory compliance, and country-level administration.
• Experience with retirement plans, vendor oversight, and governance.
• Experience with EU pay regulations and global Total Rewards frameworks.
• Strong advisory and leadership skills to influence senior HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Align EMEA Total Rewards practices with global strategy and governance.
• Lead regional pension strategy and UK pension administration.
• Oversee health, welfare and retirement programs across EMEA.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and cost management.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors.
