Job summary

Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager (EMEA) to lead compensation and benefits strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role partners with HR leaders, finance, legal, and vendors to design, govern, and continuously improve total rewards aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Total Rewards, deep knowledge of EMEA regulations, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and/or Benefits across EMEA markets.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA compensation and benefits regulations and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern total rewards programs across EMEA.
• Benchmark and analyze market data to inform salary structures and incentive programs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure governance and compliance.
• Lead communications and training for HR and managers on compensation and benefits policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent attraction and retention.
