Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Wroclaw is seeking a KYBP Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. You will perform day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, provide frontline advisory support, and help maintain processes and knowledge bases within a dynamic Shared Service Center.

You should have 2–4 years of experience in compliance or risk management, a university degree in Business, Economics or Law, and a strong command of English (C1). Join us to drive risk-aware partnering.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in compliance or risk management.
• Experience within Legal/Compliance Shared Service or in-house compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English at a high level (C1) and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end processes.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the third‑party portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth task execution.
• Manage task intake, prioritization and tracking in the systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support via phone or email for standard issues.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a KYBP Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Executing day-to-dayThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM)activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.


• Providing operational support to stakeholders withend-to-end processes.


• Supporting the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.


• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.


• Managing task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems.


• Providing first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.


• Contributing to the development and maintenance of theinternal knowledge baseby documenting processes and best practices.

About our future employee

You should have approximately2-4 years of professional experiencein compliance or risk management, ideally within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Auniversity degreein Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.


• A good command of English (preferably C1 level)


• Strong customer and business partnering skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
