Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is building a pioneering KYBP team within our Global Business Services in Wroclaw. You will execute Third-Party Risk Management activities, support stakeholders across end-to-end processes, and help monitor risk exposure to align with our risk appetite.

You should have 2–4 years in compliance or risk management, a university degree in Business/Economics/Law, and a strong command of English (C1).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in compliance or risk management.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related discipline.
• Good command of English (C1 level).
• Strong customer and business partnering skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders across end-to-end processes.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure in the third-party portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for task execution.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking in systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email.
• Document processes and best practices in the internal knowledge base.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a KYBP Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Executing day-to-dayThird-Party Risk Management (TPRM)activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Providing operational support to stakeholders withend-to-end processes.
• Supporting the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Managing task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems.
• Providing first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of theinternal knowledge baseby documenting processes and best practices.

About our future employee

You should have approximately2-4 years of professional experiencein compliance or risk management, ideally within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department.

Additionally, we are looking for:
