Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Third-Party Management (TPM) Lead in Kraków to coordinate TPM programs and remediation across entities. You will be the main contact for third-party programmes, driving simplified, compliant processes and aligning with the Global Outsourcing Framework.

You will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and partner with BRR to strengthen third-party risk management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in TPM and regulatory context within financial services.
• Experience leading change initiatives and/or remediation programmes.
• Team leadership experience.
• Experience in improving third party risk and supplier management.
• Strong track record in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.

• Align with the HCIB Head of TPM, regional TPM leads and the wider team to deliver a consistent, simplified approach to Third-Party Management.
• Partner with TPRM BRR to embed the Global TPRM Framework and support regulatory submissions/notifications in-market.
• Provide TPM input into governance and executive reporting (performance, contracts, remediation, risks, decisions) where required.

About the opportunity

The Third-Party Management (TPM) Lead co-ordinates Third Party projects and remediation across the entities and GBGIs in scope. You'll be the main point of contact for programmes relating to third-party.

You'll identify and deliver ways to simplify how third parties are managed and how third-party risk is monitored, making processes more consistent and streamlined across your remit. You'll also ensure the TPM framework is effective and followed and aligns with HSBC's Global Principles and Outsourcing Framework.

You'll lead a team of project resources and work closely with colleagues in Business Risk and Resilience (BRR). Success will be measured through stronger third-party risk, simplified processes, entity/GBGI wide remediation as well as positive feedback from stakeholders. This role suits someone who can influence consistent approaches, and design practical, business-friendly processes.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 20133PLN - 27895 PLN (monthly, gross).

Additional car allowance in the amount of 4786 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
