HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in GPB Transformation to work across multiple projects, shaping large-scale changes across business, operations and technology. You will translate strategy into practical target operating models and ensure changes are smoothly integrated into BAU in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on stakeholder management, process improvement and delivering high-level business cases to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced business analysis capability including requirements gathering and design techniques.
• Change and implementation management techniques to deliver adoption into BAU.
• Re-engineering knowledge and process design methods to improve end-to-end outcomes.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile or scrum delivery approaches.
• Tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Office and Visio to manage analysis and delivery artefacts.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services and understanding of regulatory and competitor landscape.
• Substantial experience in business analysis solution design or consulting on complex multi-country projects.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders across a complex matrix.

• Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability across programme teams and senior stakeholders.

As a Senior Business Analyst in GPB Transformation you’ll work across multiple projects or programmes at the same time, shaping large-scale changes across business, operations and technology. The role focuses on translating strategy into practical target operating models, strengthening end-to-end processes and ensuring change is implemented smoothly into business as usual in a regulated environment.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Bring advanced business analysis capability including requirements gathering and design techniques.

• Use re-engineering knowledge and process design methods to improve end-to-end outcomes.
• Work with both Waterfall and Agile or scrum delivery approaches.
• Use tools such as Clarity JIRA MS Office and Visio to manage analysis and delivery artefacts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking or financial services and understand external factors including regulatory and competitor landscape.
• Show substantial experience in business analysis solution design or consulting on complex multi-country projects.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and operate across a complex stakeholder matrix.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 20 242 PLN - 26 500 PLN (monthly, gross).

Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
