Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a RegTech project focused on implementing a new regulatory reporting solution based on AxiomSL. The role emphasizes manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring accuracy of regulatory reporting within a complex data environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on ETL testing experience.
• ISTQB certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Data Warehouse and/or Big Data environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases based on business requirements.
• Experience with Defect Management and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify gaps in requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to refine test scenarios.
• Prepare and assign test data for test execution.
• Execute SIT and validate end-to-end business processes.
• Perform manual regression testing.
• Manage test execution activities and document results.
• Ensure test traceability and prepare test reports.
• Collaborate with business users during test execution and validation.
• Handle defect reporting, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Coordinate with AxiomSL stakeholders to ensure testing activities are delivered.

Project

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join a strategic RegTech project focused on implementing a new regulatory reporting solution based on AxiomSL. The role will be heavily focused on manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of regulatory reporting processes within a complex data environment.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Create, review, and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases based on business requirements
• Identify gaps in requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to refine test scenarios
• Prepare and assign appropriate test data for test execution
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end business processes
• Perform manual regression testing
• Manage test execution activities and document test result
• Ensure test traceability and prepare comprehensive test reports
• Collaborate closely with business users during test execution and validation activities
• Handle defect management activities, including defect reporting, tracking, retesting, and closure
• Work closely with internal teams and AxiomSL stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of testing activities

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL Testing
• ISTQB certification is mandatory
• Proven experience working within Data Warehouse and/or Big Data environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation
• Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases based on business requirements
• Experience with Defect Management and UAT support.
