Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to own and extend automated test suites for a C#/.NET 8 application. You will also perform selected manual testing, and build pipelines in CI/CD with database validation using SQL.

You will work closely with developers, analysts, and QA to ensure high-quality, scalable test automation and reliable CI/CD processes across projects in a Nordic-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and minimum 2 years within .NET environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, preferably using Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Practical experience with Git, code reviews, and test pipeline maintenance.
• Experience with NUnit and test runners.
• Ability to diagnose failures, troubleshoot issues, and debug applications.
• Willingness to support manual testing activities when required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The role combines test automation with selected manual testing activities and focuses heavily on database validation, failure diagnostics, and maintaining high-quality CI/CD testing pipelines. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and QA professionals to ensure the reliability and quality of business‑critical solutions.
