Jit Team in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join a downstream team within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into well-defined features and user stories, and manage the entire requirements lifecycle from stakeholder engagement through delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in enterprise environments, with strong data warehousing, data governance, and banking sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Data Warehouse (DWH/CDW) and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices.
• Proven experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large, complex financial institution.

Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our downstream team within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program. The program aims to modernize the banking landscape by replacing multiple legacy local systems with a single Nordic core banking platform.In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into well‑defined features and user stories, and ensuring a seamless handover to development teams. You will independently drive the entire requirements lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation through documentation, refinement, and delivery.

Responsibilities you'll have

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst in complex enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience working with Data Warehouse (DWH/CDW) and reporting solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices
• Proven experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large, complex financial institution
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs involving 300+ team members
• Solid knowledge of SQL and/or other data analysis and querying tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and dependencies
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience in core banking transformation or modernisation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and working with cross‑functional development teams
• Knowledge of Nordic banking processes and regulatory requirements
