Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a RegTech project focused on regulatory reporting using AxiomSL. The role emphasizes manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring accurate regulatory processes within a complex data environment.

You will create and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases, collaborate with stakeholders to refine scenarios, prepare test data, execute SIT, perform manual regression, and report results while coordinating with AxiomSL stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ISTQB certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience.
• At least 3+ years hands-on ETL testing.
• Proven experience in data warehouse and/or big data environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases from business requirements.
• Experience with defect management and UAT support.

Project

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join a strategic RegTech project focused on implementing a new regulatory reporting solution based on AxiomSL. The role will be heavily focused on manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of regulatory reporting processes within a complex data environment.

Responsibilities you’ll have

Create, review, and maintain SIT and End-to-End test cases based on business requirements

Identify gaps in requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to refine test scenarios

Prepare and assign appropriate test data for test execution

Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end business processes

Perform manual regression testing

Manage test execution activities and document test result

Ensure test traceability and prepare comprehensive test reports

Collaborate closely with business users during test execution and validation activities

Handle defect management activities, including defect reporting, tracking, retesting, and closure

Work closely with internal teams and AxiomSL stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of testing activities

Expected competences and knowledge

Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing

At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ETL Testing

ISTQB certification is mandatory

Proven experience working within Data Warehouse and/or Big Data environments

Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation

Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases based on business requirements

Experience with Defect Management and UAT support.
