Job summary

Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, seeks a sales professional to drive growth in Poland’s healthcare market. You will promote department products across multiple provinces, develop targeted sales activities, and engage with medical personnel through training and presentations.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare sales.
Proven track record of sales growth.
Willingness to travel within territory and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie).
Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability.
Participating in public tenders.
Conducting training and presentations for medical personnel and monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction.
Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them.
Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness.
Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio.
