This role demands healthcare sales experience, strong English proficiency, mobility across the region, and a valid driver’s license. You will build lasting customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales within healthcare.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) for international trainings.
• Mobility within the assigned area with a valid driver's license.
• Higher education required.
• Proven sales success and knowledge of sales promotion techniques.

Aufgaben

• Promoting and selling the department's products in the assigned territory (pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, wielkopolskie).
• Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve sales budgets and profitability.
• Participating in public tenders.
• Conducting trainings and presentations for medical personnel and monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Representing the company at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organizing them.
• Establishing new contacts and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness.
• Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio.
