Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Tender & Contract Operations Intern for a 12-month program (6+6 months). The role focuses on supporting the Tender Team in bidding, 3rd party registrations, and service contract registrations, with an emphasis on compliance and process improvement.

The position offers flexible hours aligned with university schedules, onsite in Warsaw, and civil-contract remuneration. Fluency in both English and Polish is required, with 3rd-year Bachelor or Master student status

Qualifications

• Must be a student in at least the 3rd year of a Bachelor's or a Master's program.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Knowledge of sales contracts and public procurement law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Team in the bidding process.
• Assist in initiating 3rd party registrations and service contract registrations.
• Validate third-party components delivered to the customer to ensure proper compliance.

Job Description

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

Your role:

• You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process as a member of the team responsible for properly validating third-party components delivered to the Customer
• You will participate in 3rd parties process to initiate request for 3rd parties registration
• You will support the Tneder Team in serive contract registration

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student
• You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written
• Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
• Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus
