Job summary

Philips is seeking a Transport Management Intern to support the transportation planning for finished goods. You will issue transport invoices, coordinate the transportation process and manage documentation, while assisting the team in daily activities.

The role requires you to be a bachelor’s student (year 2+), fluent in English (B2), and able to work 32–40 hours per week. Basic Excel and Word skills are welcome, and you will gain experience in an international company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, at least 2nd year.
• Fluent in English, minimum B2 level.
• Available to work 32–40 hours per week.
• Basic IT skills in Excel and Word.

Job Description

The team keeps up the transportation plan for finished products on a short-term basis & develops a transportation plan for every destination, enters data into the logistics system and calculates transportation needs.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
