Job summary

Philips invites applications for a Tender & Contract Operations Intern position in Łódź, Poland. The role supports the Tender Team in bidding, third-party validation, and registration processes, with a focus on ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a 3rd-year Bachelor’s or a Master’s student, fluent in English and Polish, and available for at least 30 hours per week. The internship lasts 12 months (6+6 months) with flexible hours and Multisport discounts.

Qualifications

• You are a student in at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master’s student.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Knowledge of sales contracts and public procurement law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Team in the bidding process and validation of third-party components delivered to the Customer.
• Participate in the third-party registration process.
• Assist in service contract registration for tenders.

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

Your role:

• You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process as a member of the team responsible for properly validating third-party components delivered to the Customer
• You will participate in 3rd parties process to initiate request for 3rd parties registration
• You will support the Tneder Team in serive contract registration

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student
• You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written
• Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
• Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus
