Job summary

Philips is offering a Tender & Contract Operations Internship in Warsaw for students in their 3rd year or pursuing a Master’s degree. The role involves supporting the Tender Team in bidding, validating third‑party components, and assisting with contract registrations.

The internship is 12 months (6+6), with flexible hours and a civil contract remuneration package. Office presence required at least 3 days a week, in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Student in 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master’s student.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Knowledge of contract law or public procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Team in the bidding process and validate third‑party components for delivery to customers.
• Participate in the third‑party registration process.
• Assist in service contract registration and related tender activities.

Job Description

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

Your role

• You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process as a member of the team responsible for properly validating third-party components delivered to the Customer
• You will participate in 3rd parties process to initiate request for 3rd parties registration
• You will support the Tneder Team in serive contract registration

You're the right fit if

• You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student
• You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written
• Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
• Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
