Philips International is looking for a Tender & Contract Operations Intern to join our team. You will help manage the bid process and ensure third‑party components meet customer requirements, while supporting the registration of third parties and service contracts.

This 12‑month internship offers flexible hours and professional exposure within a global health technology company. We value students in their 3rd year or higher, fluent in English and Polish, with the ability to work at least 30

Qualifications

• Student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Knowledge of sales contracts and public procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Team in the bidding process and validate third‑party components for customers.
• Participate in the third‑party registration process.
• Assist in registration of service contracts.
