Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is offering an Order Management Intern position in Łódź. You will manage orders using SAP, handling intake, changes, and delivery orders, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes end-to-end order control, excellent customer service, and orderly reporting in compliance with ICS/SOx, with flexible hours and opportunities in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) and comfortable in stakeholder communication.
• Problem solver with good organizational skills and time management.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Managing orders with SAP and other supporting tools.
• End-to-end order process: intake, changes, and delivery orders.
• Maintain communication with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and other departments.

Job Description

Your role:

• Managing orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
• Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, creating and managing delivery orders.
• Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
• Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

• You are a student of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
• You have communicative English language (B2 level or higher) and feel comfortable in communication with stakeholders.
• You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
• You are team player with strong communication skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook)
• You are available to work for at least 30 hours per week

How we work together
