Job summary

Philips is offering an Order Management Intern role to support end-to-end order processing using SAP and related tools. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Project Managers and Production Planning to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery, while maintaining high customer service standards.

We seek a Business Administration or Supply Chain student with strong English, excellent organization, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor or master's degree.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processes from intake to delivery using SAP and other tools.
• Assertive communication with Key Account Managers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate order books and monitor compliance (ICS/SOx).
• Support customers with timely, professional service and issue resolution.
