Job summary

Komforce seeks a Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect to lead end‑to‑end design and delivery for telco clients. You will own the architecture, guide delivery teams, and serve as the technical authority on Communications Cloud and OmniStudio across complex programmes.

You will drive data models, integration strategies, and CPQ/Order Management flows while aligning security, DevOps, and performance best practices. This is a hands-on architecture role demanding deep Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Proven delivery of Communications Cloud implementations for telco clients.
• Strong command of OmniStudio across design and build.
• Deep experience with EPC, CPQ, and Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end Communications Cloud architecture for telco clients.
• Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate telco business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Own the solution blueprint, data model, and integration strategy.
• Design CPQ, Order Management, and Digital Commerce flows for telco use cases.
