Job summary

Square One Resources Poland is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a client project focused on Salesforce Service Cloud. You will design, implement, and refine solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow, delivering robust service processes.

You will work on Case Management, Service Console, automation, Omni-Channel, and integrations with external systems, ensuring production readiness and reliable deployments while mentoring junior teammates when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to join an exciting project with one of our clients specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud. Responsibilities:

• Developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow in accordance with software development best practices
• Configuring and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Service Console, objects and fields, automation, and case management processes, queues, Omni-Channel, and SLA management
• Analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions, troubleshooting production issues, developing unit tests, and supporting deployments
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and internal and external systems

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including delivering or maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
• Practical knowledge of Service Cloud processes and functionalities, particularly Case Management, Service Console, and customer service process automation
• Experience developing, troubleshooting, or maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems

Nice To Have:

• Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel Routing, Salesforce Knowledge, customer service permissions management, SLA management, or digital customer service channels.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or other Salesforce products, supporting cross-cloud processes and customer data consistency.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Informatica), SAP integrations, or event-driven integration patterns (Platform Events / CDC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and version control tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps.
