Job summary

Enxoo - industry cloud in Warsaw is looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist/Architect responsible for designing and implementing data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on knowledge of data integration and governance.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist / Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture based on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform – in telecommunications environments characterised by very high data volumes, complex integrations, and strict compliance requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design semantic data models and profile unification strategies for Telco clients
• Create migration blueprints for transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce Data Cloud
• Develop cross-cloud integration architecture (CDP, CRM, BSS/OSS)
• Build enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with GDPR requirements
• Design identity resolution and customer data privacy models
• Define data quality policies and data lifecycle management standards
• Configure and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud in Telco project environments
• Optimise queries, partitioning, and data performance at operator scale
• Plan infrastructure scalability
• Translate technical decisions into business-friendly language for stakeholders
• Work closely with the team and clients

What will you need

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 commercial project involving Data Cloud
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture: data streams, data model, identity resolution, activation
• Hands‑on experience with data integration (REST/SOAP API, MuleSoft, or similar)
• Ability to design data models (ERD, semantic models, profile unification strategies)
• Practical understanding of data governance principles and GDPR compliance
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or documented equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in the telecommunications industry (BSS/OSS, billing, Telco CRM)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Industries Cloud
• Additional certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect
• Experience with Marketing Cloud or Agentforce area
