Accenture Poland is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and govern end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions. You will lead technical governance across the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, balancing scalability, security and performance.

You’ll drive architecture choices, collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams, and own governance across multi‑org environments. Strong leadership and pre‑sales experience are required, with 8–12+ years in Salesforce delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Salesforce delivery.
• Solution design — lead end-to-end design across clouds and environments; governance across multi-orgs.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce portfolio, editions, licenses, and cost/feature trade-offs.
• Data modelling & performance optimization; cross‑cloud schemas; SOQL/SOSL tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture for complex solutions.
• Provide governance across the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Balance scalability, security, and performance in platform configurations.
