Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw seeks a senior Workday Lead to plan, execute, and deliver complex Workday initiatives, including modules and integrations. You will act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring successful implementations.

The role requires deep Workday expertise and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills for driving HR technology programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, BA, or PM with Workday HCM implementations.
• Deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of Workday integration methods (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and reporting.
• Proven track record leading large Workday projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and integrations
• Act as the primary liaison between HR business stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors
• Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues as an escalation point
• Analyze existing HR processes within Workday and recommend optimization solutions
• Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance
• Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week)

Key requirements:

• Experience in HR Technology, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with Workday HCM implementations, configurations, and support
• Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Reporting)
• Strong understanding of Workday integration methodologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting (Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Dashboards)
• Proven track record of leading significant Workday projects from conception to deployment
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field
