Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to support the implementation of training requirements across Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS. You will empower managers, develop learning content, and facilitate sessions to ensure a positive learner experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating training logistics, updating procedures, troubleshooting issues, and generating training metrics. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a hybrid work model in Poland.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated organizational and document management skills. Experience in interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.) preferred. Fluent in written and oral English - C1 Level (writing documents, meeting minutes, conference calls, etc.) Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 regulations. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication. Well versed with MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint; highly proficient with Excel spreadsheets.

Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00 (Central Europe Time) Deliver, manage, and coordinate execution of routine training activities, supports learning content development, and ensures the effective execution of training processes. This role partners with stakeholders and contributes to the continuous improvement of training programs and systems, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and process enhancements.
