Cognizant is seeking a Geospatial Data Technician for an on-site role in Cracow, Poland. Responsibilities include manipulating and validating geospatial data using ArcGIS and QGIS, with emphasis on data quality and mapping accuracy.
You will interact with external GIS partners and ensure timely, accurate metadata entry. Requirements include English proficiency at B2 level and experience in GIS data processing.
Working model: On-site (Cracow, Poland)
Working hours: 9AM-5PM
The Geospatial Data Technician is responsible for assessing, manipulating and modifying geospatial third party data sets. Experience in GIS data processing is required including coursework and/or previous work in ArcGIS, QGIS. This role includes a customer experience component that involves interaction with our external GIS professional partners.
