WiP Jobs Recruitment is seeking a Technical Service Specialist with Czech language for a global energy solutions provider in Poland. You will handle onsite/offsite troubleshooting for PV, inverters, energy storage, and grid-tie systems, communicating in Czech and English while documenting cases.

The role emphasizes fast-paced multitasking, strong customer service, and the ability to build solid client relationships within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years in professional customer service and technical support.
• Fluent Czech in speaking and writing.
• Business-level English communication.
• Basic understanding of IP networking.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an international organization is a plus.
• Solid interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Valid work permit for Poland or EU ID.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers and contractors.
• Troubleshoot Optimizer, Inverter, EC chargers, energy storage, and Smart Energy solutions onsite/offsite.
• Assist with troubleshooting grid-tie solar system issues during installation/start-up.
• Coordinate with operations to authorize release of parts.
• Update knowledge base with new troubleshooting information.
• Document all activity in ticketing and database systems.
• Participate in training and LMS maintenance.
