Qualifications

• MSc in Technology with focus on thermal, energy and environmental, chemical or process engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of boiler plant systems, thermal processes and combustion technologies.
• Experience in technical sales, proposal engineering, project engineering, consulting, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead during the sales phase of boiler and gasifier projects.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams to define competitive technical solutions.
• Lead preparation of technical proposals and present solutions to customers.
• Support handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
• Serve as primary technical contact throughout the sales process.
