Zusammenfassung

Valmet is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Process Engineering in Poland (Warsaw or Gliwice) to lead process engineering for new delivery projects and support services. You will design process systems, perform calculations, and coordinate with customers, sub-suppliers and other disciplines to deliver high- quality engineering solutions.

The role requires deep boiler and combustion expertise, fluent English, and willingness to travel 20–40 days per year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in thermal, energy and environmental, chemical, or process engineering.
• Expertise in combustion and boiler processes.
• Willing to travel globally 20–40 days per year.
• Strong English; Polish and other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead process engineering activities for new delivery projects.
• Design process systems and prepare technical proposal documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, sub-suppliers, and other disciplines during delivery.
• Provide theoretical and practical training to operators; support commissioning.
