Job summary

Trading 212 Ltd. is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across backend, frontend, and DevOps.

You will source directly, assess candidates, and drive offers to completion, turning briefs into compelling hires. You’ll bring a track record of moving from agency or hands-on sourcing to in-house recruitment with clear ownership, plus the ability to build pipelines, manage stakeholders, and close difficult hires.

Qualifications

• Experience from agency or hands-on sourcing to in-house recruitment with clear ownership.
• Built pipelines, qualified candidates, managed stakeholders, closed hires.
• Enough technical depth to explain how software is built and shipped.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and actions that changed them.
• Proven track record of recovering difficult searches and improving recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for hard roles
• Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance
• Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the search or interview process needs to change
