Ideal candidates will have experience sourcing top talent internationally, managing relationships with leadership, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in tech or software.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Build pipelines for current and future openings with a focus on candidate experience.
• Advise stakeholders and maintain trusted relationships across levels.
