Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on recruitment experience is required.
• Experience hiring for IT profiles (developers, data, design, creative).
• Sourcing experience on Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
• Experience using an ATS/CRM to track candidates and stages.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings with timelines.
• Willingness to work on a contractual, remote basis using a personal device.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles from requirement to joining.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Create and post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and Wellfound; keep posts active.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals and networks to build pipelines.
• Screen CVs and conduct screening calls to evaluate fit and salary expectations.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments and gather feedback.
• Manage offers and candidate onboarding until joining.
• Maintain candidate records in Zoho Recruit and trackers; provide status updates.
• Build a ready pipeline for recurring roles to close new requirements faster.
