Role Overview

We are partnering with a well-established and growing software company with a strong presence across multiple international markets. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of business functions and locations. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership teams, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple locations, partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, driving recruitment best practices while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Examples

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Essential

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a technology, software, or professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships at multiple levels of the business.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple locations, functions, and levels of seniority, including hard-to-fill positions.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting internationally across EMEA or global markets.
• Previous experience supporting high-growth technology or software organizations.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent sourcing tools.
