People More is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the UAE market to lead end-to-end e-invoicing implementations. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, gather requirements, and turn them into actionable technical specs.

Remote role with an international project scope, you’ll manage multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery, and provide trainings and ongoing support. Strong English and Polish, plus experience with Jira/Confluence, are essential.

Competenze

• 4+ years in Project Management or similar role.
• Experience leading software implementation or integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence.
• Very good English and Polish.
• Nice to have experience with e-invoicing platforms, EDI solutions, ERP integrations, XML/JSON, API integrations.

Technical Project Manager (E-Invoicing Implementations) | UAE Market

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Project Manager (E-Invoicing Implementations) | UAE Market.

Your duties will include:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation plans.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical specifications for internal teams.
• Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
• Support internal teams in prioritization and execution of implementation activities.
• Learn and work with configuration and administration tools used in the solution.
• Configure selected solution components when required.

Requirements that must be met:

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
• Strong experience leading software implementation or integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

Experience with e-invoicing platforms.

Experience with EDI solutions.

Knowledge of XML, JSON, structured file formats, or API integrations.

Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Understanding of electronic document exchange processes and compliance requirements.

Experience working in international projects.
