Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior SecOps Engineer - Security Specialist to join our international projects. You will analyze penetration testing results, coordinate remediation, and collaborate with development, infrastructure and DevOps teams to improve security posture.

Senior SecOps Engineer - Security Specialist

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior SecOps Engineer - Security Specialist.

Your duties will include:

• Analyse penetration testing results and identify high-priority security risks
• Plan and coordinate remediation activities
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Provide technical support in resolving vulnerabilities and security issues
• Verify implemented fixes and monitor remediation progress
• Prepare security recommendations and improvement plans
• Ensure that security-related actions are completed on time

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience as a SecOps Engineer, Security Engineer, or in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management
• Experience in analysing penetration testing reports
• Ability to assess risks and prioritise remediation activities
• Knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud security
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and coordinate remediation efforts
• Independence, strong organisational skills, and effective communication
• Very good English and Polish
