Job summary

People More is seeking a DevOps & Integration Engineer to support deployments for customer projects. The role covers cloud and on-prem infrastructure, containerized environments, and a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and various databases; travel to Oman for customer implementations up to 2–3 weeks; Krakow office is optional with a fully remote option.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized apps.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with public clouds (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
• Good English and Polish language skills.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for DevOps & Integration Engineer.

Your duties will include:

• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and product teams to support deployments and customer projects.
• Install, configure, and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage containerized environments.
• Configure and maintain Linux-based systems and services.
• Install, upgrade, and patch software in internal and customer environments.
• Configure application endpoints, integrations, and external interfaces.
• Manage and monitor PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and related components.
• Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and capacity utilization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, database, and integration issues.
• Support software package creation, Docker images, and deployment pipelines.
• Conduct security scans and vulnerability assessments.
• Participate in disaster recovery, failover, and service restoration activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical workshops when required.

Requirements that must be met:

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Telegraf, or Alloy.
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes Operators.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English and Polish
• Willingness to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required.
