Job summary

People More is seeking a QA & Integration Test Engineer to join a global projects team. You will design, execute and maintain test cases, collaborate with Product Owners and Developers, and help ensure high-quality software across web and API interfaces.

Remote-first with occasional travel to Oman for customer implementations, you will operate in a multilingual environment (English and Polish) and contribute to QA process improvements, test automation, and performance testing within a CI/CD

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in software testing.
• Strong QA methodologies and software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios from requirements and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively address quality issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and databases.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications.
• Very good English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required.

Your duties will include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
