Job summary

People More seeks a CyberArk PAM Administrator / CyberArk Operations Engineer to operate and administer the CyberArk PAM environment. You will manage Vaults, CPM, PSM, and PVWA, monitor stability, and troubleshoot incidents in a diverse international client landscape.

Remote-friendly role with opportunities to work with Windows and Linux systems, plus scripting and automation to optimize operations. English and Polish language proficiency are required.

CyberArk PAM Administrator / CyberArk Operations Engineer

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for CyberArk PAM Administrator / CyberArk Operations Engineer.

Your duties will include:

Operate and administer the existing CyberArk PAM environment.

Manage and maintain CyberArk Vaults.Administer and support CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM).

Operate and maintain Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and PSM Proxy (PSMP).

Maintain Password Vault Web Access (PVWA).Monitor CyberArk components and ensure platform stability.

Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.

Implement system changes, updates, and enhancements.

Support backup and recovery processes.

Automate recurring operational tasks using CyberArk scripting and automation capabilities.

Administer and troubleshoot supporting Windows and/or Linux systems.

Participate in on-call support activities.

Requirements that must be met:

Several years of hands-on experience working with CyberArk PAM in production environments.Strong knowledge of:

• CyberArk Vault
• CPM (Central Policy Manager)
• PSM (Privileged Session Manager)
• PSMP (Privileged Session Manager Proxy)
• PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)

Experience handling incidents, changes, and system updates.

Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills.

Experience with CyberArk scripting and automation.

Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.

Experience with backup and recovery concepts.

Ability to work independently in operational IT environments.

• Very good English and Polish

Nice to Have

• CyberArk certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale PAM environments.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting.
