Job summary

People More is seeking a Support Engineer with CMS experience for a short-term project. You will handle portal and CMS related user requests, analyze issues, update content, and collaborate with the team to escalate complex problems. Remote-friendly and located in Poland welcome.

The role requires CMS experience, strong written and spoken English and Polish, and a proactive, well-organized approach to customer support across international clients.

Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project.

Your duties will include:

• Handling user requests related to the portal, CMS and CAD software
• Analysing reported issues and helping users resolve them
• Navigating the CMS confidently and updating existing content
• Cooperating with the team to investigate and esc alate more complex issues
• Using existing materials and instructions when providing support

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Confidence in navigating a CMS and a good understanding of content management
• Experience in user support, technical support or ticket-based environments
• Ability to analyse problems and communicate solutions clearly
• Independence and good organisational skills
• English proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperation
• Very good English and Polish
