You will own the product backlog, guide architectural coherence, and drive collaboration across BPOs, engineers, MSPs, and enterprise teams. You will champion high-value work, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while advancing the digital patient support ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical initiatives and coaching engineers across medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into agile technical specs and roadmaps.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, resources and vendor costs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical backlog for assigned systems and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural patterns, non-functional requirements, and security/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with BPOs, engineering squads, MSPs and enterprise architects to deliver robust tech solutions.
• Capture product knowledge, create runbooks, and drive operational runbooks for high availability.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across integrations and data workflows.
