Roche Holding AG in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the DIA Commercial Patient Support area. You will span systems engineering and commercial outcomes, owning the technical vision, architecture, and feature backlog, translating business priorities into scalable, compliant implementations.

You will collaborate with BPOs, engineering squads, MSPs and enterprise architects, drive non-functional excellence, manage budgets, and lead agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional tech programs.
• Fluent English and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with API-first architectures and integrations.
• Hands-on with DevOps and platform engineering practices.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and vendor costs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for assigned systems, prioritizing features based on value and compliance.
• Ensure solutions meet architectural patterns and non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability).
• Collaborate with BPOs to align technical execution with commercial goals.
• Serve as System Owner, ensuring security and IT governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation within financial constraints.
• Capture product knowledge, document runbooks, and enable operational continuity.
• Coordinate integrations, data workflows, and MSPs while participating in Agile ceremonies.
