Job summary

Roche is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the DIA Commercial Patient Support area. You will bridge business priorities with engineering, owning the technical vision, architecture, and backlog for platforms enabling Roche's commercial customer service ecosystem.

You will collaborate with BPOs, MSPs, and enterprise architecture to deliver scalable, secure solutions while ensuring governance and budget stewardship. English fluency is required for global stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading technically complex initiatives.
Strong understanding of agile principles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
Experience with API-first architectures, integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on governance, testing strategies, and system documentation for large platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the product backlog for assigned systems based on business value and compliance.
Ensure solutions follow architectural patterns, global tech strategies, and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with BPOs to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Act as System Owner ensuring security, fit-for-purpose, and IT governance throughout lifecycle.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation within financial constraints.
Capture product knowledge, create runbooks, and enable operational continuity.
Coordinate across integrations, data workflows, and MSPs; participate in Agile ceremonies.
