Roche is seeking a Technical Product Owner - Legal to bridge business needs with IT delivery across Roche's Legal product portfolio in Warsaw. You will translate requirements into functional specifications and work with global stakeholders to shape roadmaps for legal platforms.

You will analyze complex processes, drive automation and governance, and ensure compliance with Roche standards while advancing the One Roche strategy across Pharma and Diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling for legal contexts.
• Ability to develop business cases, quantify benefits, and link outcomes to organizational goals.
• Strong collaboration with product owners, IT, and stakeholders across Roche.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed discovery and analysis of processes across legal global teams to identify pain points and improvements.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
• Develop business cases and impact assessments for legal products with quantified benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define strategies, roadmaps, and alignment to the One Roche philosophy.
• Engage with suppliers and internal teams to evaluate platforms and ensure compliant, value-driven solutions.
