Job summary
SoftServe seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own and drive the product vision for complex enterprise solutions. You will lead architecture direction, coordinate with AI, Cloud, Data, and Engineering Centers of Excellence, and shape MVPs during presales.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in product-driven tech environments (IT consulting, SaaS, digital platforms)
- 2+ years as Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or Enterprise Product Lead
- Experience owning complex, tech-intensive products spanning architecture, data, integrations, and infra
- Knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, Zachman)
- Hands-on translating ambiguous requirements into scalable tech solutions and roadmaps
- Ability to balance business value, feasibility, and delivery constraints
- Experience delivering complex digital products on time and within budget
- Proficiency in cloud, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and integration patterns
- Experience in data governance, platform scalability, security, and compliance
- Strong change management and cross-stakeholder collaboration
- Proficient in English for global collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical product vision and architecture direction for complex enterprise solutions
- Provide technical product leadership during presales and discovery with scalable blueprints
- Translate enterprise strategy into roadmaps, epics, and backlogs
- Define system boundaries and integration points to manage risks and enable scalable increments
- Coordinate across Centers of Excellence (AI, Cloud, Data, Engineering) for expert input
- Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams with clients and partners
- Structure business cases, ROI hypotheses, and measurable KPIs
- Frame problem statements and MVP scope during presales and solution comparisons
- Advocate for clients to ensure alignment with outcomes and scalable architecture
- Establish success metrics, adoption targets, and scalability criteria
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Maintain product ownership and build trust with senior stakeholders
