Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ERP系统规模化经验.

• Experience building roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.

• Customer-centric prioritization, strong communication with executives.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured plans.
• Experience with product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
• Prioritize the backlog with value, impact and effort.
• Conduct product discovery: interviews, research, surveys, analysis.
• Translate insights into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs.
• Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Set up dashboards to monitor product health.
• Collaborate with engineering and design throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities.
• Communicate trade-offs and outcomes to leadership.
