Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare tech.
1+ year in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, AI capabilities, and KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, roadmap, and features aligned with goals and policies.
Integrate relevant AI capabilities into the product roadmap.
Own end-to-end lifecycle and manage growth and retirement based on research and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate roadmap and trade-offs.
Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team; motivate and mentor others.
Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive optimization.
