Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a service technician to maintain and support Varian radiotherapy equipment. The role requires technical education and 1–3 years of operational maintenance experience, with Polish fluency and good English.

You will guide clients on operation and safety procedures, prepare parts orders, and log service activities. The position emphasizes accurate reporting, coordination with the service team, and ongoing professional development in electronics and electromechanics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical institute or university in electronics, electrical engineering, bioengineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operational maintenance; radiotherapy equipment experience desirable.
• Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and support of Varian products to ensure uninterrupted operational readiness.
• Instruct clients on operation and maintenance of Varian products.
• Provide phone or remote support to clients and service engineers as needed.
• Prepare spare parts lists and replenish spare parts kits for warranty and contract clients.
• Enter service visit data into company information systems with descriptions of issues and actions taken.
• Complete regular reporting via service reports, travel requests and expense reports.
